HOMEWORK FOR FRIDAY THE 16TH

Our Try This Experiment didn't work, but I will bring a bigger balloon on Friday and try again.
We will do Lesson 1 Experiment in class on Friday. I apologize if you went through the expense of purchasing items for at home. Please let me know if you can share them with us in class on Friday.
Some students drew the Continental Shelf picture without labels, please complete that by Friday, including a title for the drawing at the top of the page.

LEVEL A
You should finish covering or painting your ocean box blue by this Friday.
Complete the crossword puzzle as a vocabulary review for our end of lesson test. Glue your pictures in your lapbook and neatly label type of animal and other information you have about it such as depth where found.
We have a great example of an ESTUARY near Beaufort, (ACE Basin). Write or type a paragraph 6-8 sentences defining estuary, ACE, and the habitat or type of animals found there.

LEVEL B
Check the last blog for research already assigned. Prepare your Ocean Box if you're going to make the clay animals. Complete the crossword puzzle, make sure your lapbook has your deep sea creatures 4-6, labelled, as well as the completed continental shelf picture labelled with sunlight zones, the scientific names, and depths either in meters or feet.
We have a great example of an ESTUARY near Beaufort, (ACE Basin). Write or type a paragraph 10-12 sentences defining estuary, ACE, and the habitat or type of animals found there.
